Our Policy 

Inspect all details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Some items are hand-made and may vary slightly or have slight imperfections that appear to be defects. This is not a defect and are features of the manufacturing process. 

Colors: Garments might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Take care to follow the washing instructions attached to the garment to avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto other parts of the garment. Care for the garment is the customer’s responsibility and the quality of the fabric and the color of the garment is not warranted by Sista Hugs.  

Size:  Sizes are displayed on the garment and are standard size. Please check to ensure that you are ordering the correct size before placing your order. No exchanges or returns are allowed.  

Why no returns, refunds, or exchanges? 

We want everyone to feel safe and hugged when they receive their merchandise. As a result of COVID-19, we are committed to ensuring that we take all necessary precautions to lessen the potential spread of the virus. You would not want to receive products that someone else has had in their home or that have been in the possession of those you do not know.
